The Deeper Life Women Ministry has been playing a key and supporting role within the Deeper Christian Life Ministry right from inception, focusing on meeting the specific, spiritual, and family needs of women both within the church and the entire world as a whole. Through this ministry, multitudes of women have been saved, restored, sanctified, and Spirit-filled. Many separated families have been re-united and several other family problems resolved through God’s intervention.
The first National Women Conference, which was held between October 11th and 15th 1983, attracted many participants with great showers of blessing. Thereafter, several editions of this programme were held at state and local levels. The second one at the national level was held in 1992. This attracted many women both from within and many other churches, with great signs, wonders, and mighty blessings from above. By 1995, the programme became international, opening doors to participants from several countries. Since then, the International Women Conference was held in 1996, 1997, 2000, and 2001.
Due to overwhelming demand for the TRUTH and the need to have it on regular basis, as expressed by participants at the 1992 edition of the Women Conference, the Women Mirror magazine was born same year. Apart from meeting specific needs of different women categories, the magazine touches on child training, Bible quiz and a host of others. Starting with a monthly circulation of 30,000 in English language at inception, current monthly circulation stands at 450,000 in English, French and other languages..
For regular and up-to-date spiritual welfare of our women, we have the monthly Women Fellowship within each locality, which holds once in a month. At this fellowship, the women are given the total package, ranging from spiritual to physical, family, social and so on. The programme consists of practical sessions as well. Apart from the monthly Women Fellowship, we also have House Caring Fellowship, which holds every Sunday evening in various houses within each locality. As the name implies, this forum avails you a great opportunity of small group fellowship, with the purpose of caring, sharing, and fellowship. The love of God is shown in a practical way and effectual fervent prayers of the righteous are also offered.
